Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Good healthy muffin. I did not have buttermilk so I added 1 T lemon juice to my milk. Also used old fashioned oats and soaked them a bit longer. Next time I would make some sort of topping - cinnamon/sugar probably.
MMMMMMMMM! They taste great! Perfect to freeze in baggies and take out the morning I want them! Also used frozen strawberries and they came out delish. Added a little sugar/cinnamon blend on top
