Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made this with a bit of a twist. I used the juice of 1 lemon and 1/2 a lime. I left out the salt, but I added pepper to each side of the pork chop before putting in the pan. Next time I think I'll swap some of the onion with some mushrooms.
We had just decided on pork chops for supper when this appeared: FANTASTIC!!! and low on carbs too . . .
This was good. My family liked it and I will make it again. I added a teaspoon of dried parsley to the onion garlic mixture for color. I do not like a lot of salt and this was too salty for my taste. Next time, I will half or even quarter the salt.
