Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Fresh Pork Loin Chops (3 boneless skinless)
    Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp)
    Garlic (1 tsp chopped)
    White Onion (2 Tbsp chopped)
    Salt (1 tsp)
    Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)

Directions

Heat skillet on medium-high heat
Add olive oil
Chop white onion, add to skillet
Chop garlic, add to skillet
Add lemon juice and salt
Mix well
Add pork chops and sear one side for two minutes
Flip pork chops, then cover skillet and put the whole thing in a 350 degree oven
Bake for 30 minutes
When done, let meat sit (cover on) for 5-10 minutes, then serve with whatever side dishes you like!

    This was good. My family liked it and I will make it again. I added a teaspoon of dried parsley to the onion garlic mixture for color. I do not like a lot of salt and this was too salty for my taste. Next time, I will half or even quarter the salt. - 9/25/07

    I made this but used the ingredients raw on top of the chops straight to the oven. It was very tender and flavorful, but I should have seared it, so it'd retain more moist. It was still very good! - 6/30/07
