I wish I had the nutritional value for the dumplings....I would like to make them with a beef stew.
Made this tonight- very tasty. Most of calories are in dumplings, and stew is great without it. I think it is supposed to be 3 tsp (not Tbsp) of baking powder, and 1/2 cup (not tsp) of milk
