Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used Kraft Fat Free American Cheese, Thomas' Light English Muffins, and Fit & Active egg substitute. Also fried up my egg and canadian bacon in a pan. Total came to 189 calories - a great, yummy way to start the day! Froze several of these to reheat for a quick, easy breakfast.
I've tried this. Fat-free American cheese is one too many sacrifices. I'd rather eat it without the cheese.
