I just put these ingredients in the recipe calculator and came up with a difference of about 2 calories. I was unable to enter the cracked pepper....couldn't find it to put it in. I entered this with 16 ounces of pink salmon (not canned) and asked for 4 servings. Therefore the calories are close.
I think your nutritional info is off - you based it on only four ounces of salmon for the entire recipe instead of the 1 pound you have listed.
