I have found I can use spray oil (like Pam Olive oil) and even cook it without oil for and even lower calorie count!
to lower the calories, you can spray them with a cooking spray
I made these yesterday, & added too much salt! Next time I'll go easy on the salt.
Great treat! Crunchy, salty, delightful. I'd keep an eye out on these while baking though, mine took only 15 minutes to become crispy.
