Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I subbed low sodium soy sauce because this sodium content is sky-high, but it is very tasty!
Tasty too much sodium
Very good, fish is tender and juicy. I did not use Atlantic salmon because that is another name for farmed salmon. Farmed salmon has antibiotics, pesticides and uses a pink dye that can cause retinal damage. It's lower in nutritional value because of how it's fed. It also causes harm to wild salmon
I made it in foil and used the extra sauce to drizzle over quinoa & steamed asparagus. Even w/ reduced-sodium soy sauce it was way too salty (was so thirsty for the rest of the night!) so will probably cut the soy in half and replace with water or wine next time. Otherwise it was tasty & easy!
The most moist salmon I've ever had. I used agave necter instead of the honey and brown sugar. Great flavor!
