Everybody loved it! I served it with salsa and Greek nonfat plain yogurt. Next time I will probably add some sauteed onion and red pepper flakes.
Sooooooo Good!! I followed recipe using low fat Mexican blend cheese. However, the amount used is so little, and the other tastes are so good, I will try it next time without the cheese (saves calories and fat, too).
