Yum! This reminds me of a recipe I USED to make, with sour cream, but without the fat. Yummalicious! I'll be making this often! To make it even easier, I mixed everything together, except the cheese and black olives, which I sprinkled on top. Something this simple ought not to be this good.
This is really good. I know it's meant to be eaten cold/room temp, but I put it in the oven at 350 degrees until the cheese melted and it was bubbly. It was definitely worth the calories.
