Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I love making fajitas as an lettuce wrap when I want to further cut down the calories.
Nutrition info doesn't include toppings, so beware.
I use the Ole' brand tortilla...wrap..only 50 calories per wrap, for the extreme type..read the lables..I find them at wal-mart
Your recipe calls for an 8" Flour tortilla per serving, but your calorie count only includes less than 1/4 of a tortilla.
I also used lime for a punch and left the salt out and I added onion and garlic powder to this recipe.
Love this recipe -- very similar to one I clipped from a WW booklet two or three years ago. More cumin or some fajita seasoning (Penzey's is my favorite). No salt. 1 cup onions cooked with the peppers until soft and slightly caramelized. Use whole grain corn tortillas if you can find them.
