Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was very easy and very good. The sauce I used made the lasagna a little runny, so I may skip the tomato sauce next time. I made 9 servings and used 10 oz of cheese and kept the calories down. Next time I'll add in some spinach and a little bit of low fat ricotta, plus more veggies.
