Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I did some changes to this recipe. I personally added flax seeds used mixed frozen berries instead of just blueberries and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Because of the powder I had to add about another half cup of soy milk. It turned out DELISIOUS!!! Even cold like a quick energy bar!
I used a half of cup of brown sugar instead of splenda and up the blueberries to 1.5 cups
I made this for my daughter and I (halved the recipe). We both thought it was yummy. I warmed the leftovers up and they were great too. I will say I added a tsp of olive oil and used the splenda baking blend. So my calorie count & fat content a bit higher.
