Had this today. It is yummy and low sodium.
I will definitely make this one again. I love fajitas but hate the high sodium of the packets. Thanks!!!!!
The chicken with the spices was so good! The only thing I added to this recipe is that I rolled my fajita in light whole wheat flat out bread and used fat free mozzerella cheese. I also added some black beans to the chicken and vegetables while they cooked in the pan. YUMMY!!
I really enjoyed this recipe. I don't like using packets because they are so high in sodium. I used lime juice instead of lemon, still came out VERY tasty!
