Loved it! Modified recipe a bit: froze fruit, Fiber 1 Low Fat Cottage Cheese for more fiber, 2TB honey vs splenda/ truvia, added a banana vs vanilla extract, and used 2% milk. Calories went to 372.5 but as a meal replacement this is excellent & filling. Definitely a keeper & will try w/ other fruit!
