Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Make it all of the time with sugar free jelly.
I have this most days of the week. You get whole grains, protein and dairy. Add a bit of fruit and it's the perfect breakfast.
Quick, easy, and you can make it the way you like. I had sliced ham so used that. It was great. A family pleaser for a reasonable amount of calories. A keeper.
Easy, good and filling. Sometimes, I use bacon bits in my egg instead of using sausage. Also good and reduces the calories some.
still to much sodium, but does sound good
Sounds tasty, but I would probably substitute with Morningstar Farms patty. I use the Double Fiber Thomas English Muffins. I would try to find a way to cut down the sodium.
Sounds like a good substitute if you are addicted to Mcbreakfasts, but I probably won't be trying this one. Too much sodium for me.
I occasionally sub a thin slice of deli ham for the sausage. It cuts the calories a bit but you have to watch the sodium.
