Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this tonight for the first time and me and the future hubby loved it! I used two cans of cheese soup and 1 can of cream of chicken. Used light sour cream and frozen broccoli florets and rotini shaped pasta. Seasoned it with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder and it was great! Super easy!
This was so good. My son loved it. Great to come home to a comfort food after a long day. I only had one chicken breast in the freezer and used that, it was great! Thanks!! I redid the cals with using low fat/low sodium everything so it was a little lower.
I used spinach and cauliflower and also added a half can of diced tomatoes w/chiles. (Next time I'll use a whole can and maybe mushrooms.) Kids added hot sauce and/or creole seasoning; I thought it was OK as is. Next time I might use blue cheese too! Must find a way to keep the sodium down, though.
very good. Added salt and pepper and was wonderful
!
I'd try to find the low-sodium version of the soups. But is does sound like a very hearty winter-time meal!
Too much sodium, otherwise it's good.
