Very nice recipe. I did wind up adding a teaspoon of sugar after making the whole thing without, so I'm glad to find out that you already considered that with the nutritional information! Will play with the spices as something seems a bit too strong, but I'll be making this again at some point!
This is the same recipe that's used after my yoga classes. They skip the sugar and put either regular milk or soy milk in it to make it creamy. This chai is excellent and soothing for that awful first day of the menstrual cycle.
