Stuffed peppers are one of my favorite meals and this recipe is very good. Only thing I modified was the onion powder and garlic powder, I used the real ingredients.

Makes great left overs for lunch or dinner the next day and if you don't want them again right away, they freeze welll

I'm a vegetarian so I substituted soy crumbles for the ground beef and used brown rice instead of white. My husband didn.t care for it, but I loved it! - 7/29/08

This recipe is fantastic and so easy. I cooked the recipe exactly as described except that I substituded brown rice. Even my kids ate it. My 5 year old even ate the entire pepper. Definitely a keeper!!! - 9/2/07

I made some slight changes, used salsa instead of the tomato sauce, fresh garlic and onions, but very tasty and filling - 6/20/07

Put pepper cups into freezer to cut down on cooking time, also put in muffin tins to cook so that they stay upright - 3/21/07

I made these last night. They are very good! I couldn't throw the tops of the peppers out, though, so I chopped them up, cooked them with the turkey and added them to the filling. Since there are only two of us, we have plenty for left overs, too! Even better! - 4/13/12

I brought my leftovers to work and everyone commented on how wonderful the break room smelled when I reheated it. Very good! I left out the Worcestershire sauce because I didn't have any but it was good without too. - 10/18/11

Even though I'm cooking for just two these days, I make the whole recipe. They reheat well as leftovers, and also are easy to freeze. - 3/18/10

    Glad I made extra...to freeze
Used salsa (with a Kick!) instead of tomato sauce.
Microwaved peppers 2 minutes, stuffed them and microwaved
    again...saved time.

Very good. I used brown rice, onions and garlic in place of the powdered and added a hot chili pepper when browning the ground beef. Also used V8 juice in place of the tomato sauce. - 2/27/10
