    This soup (more like a stew) is delicious! I made 2 versions: 1 with ground beef for the guys, the other with boneless skinless chicken thighs for the girls. Everyone LOVED it! This has become a go-to staple I use quite frequently! - 2/3/17

    I used, instead of prepackaged taco seasoning, 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon Cumin, 1 tablespoon garlic powder. I serve it with sliced avocado, shredded cheese, and chips for the kids. - 11/6/13

    Love this recipe! Been making it for a while and got excited when I remembered it is a healthy recipe and will fit in my diet. We usually eat it with tortilla chips and light sour cream on top. - 9/26/10
