Ingredients

    1 lb stew beef
    28 oz can diced tomatoes in juice
    1/2 medium onion chopped
    3 garlic cloves diced
    3 cups fresh spinach
    1 package large shell pasta
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    salt
    pepper
    parsley flakes
    oregano (dried)

Directions

Combine beef, tomatoes, onion, and garlic in deep skillet and cook over medium heat until meat is browned. Once meat is brown, season as desired, turn down heat to low and cover with lid. Cook pasta as directed on box.

Makes approx 5 - 2 cup servings
