I love fruit like apples dipped in caramel or cream cheese dips. This is a nice, low-cal dip in place of the "sugary" recipe I have. I also experiment with this dip by adding things like cinnamon, lemon zest, chopped pecans, etc. Good Recipe! - 9/16/08

My family loves this, and it's my very favorite dip recipe. It's fast and easy. I always have some on hand for summer fruits. I make it once or twice a week. Dilute with more yogurt for a delicious fruit salad dressing. - 12/26/08

I would prefer people to use Xylitol or Stevia, a more natural alternative than the chemical sweeteners, but otherwise it is a great recipe. - 5/20/10

I'm guessing, but I would think a serving size would be about 2 tbsp. I would use FF cream cheese and add 1 tsp of lemon or lime juice for about 1/2 the calories - 9/16/08

This recipe sounds great! However, unless I'm missing something, exactly how much, quantity that is, equals 1 serving? Recipe says it makes 16 servings. That would be? how many spoonsful? Sorry! I would really like to serve (EAT) this but don't want to divide into 16 portions. Sorry thanks! - 5/20/09

This sounds good. But I won't try it. Artificial sweeteners have been known to cause a wide variety of health issues. I do not want to ingest chemicals and hope my health doesn't suffer. I suggest you google the health concerns before you blindly feed yourself or others any "sweet poisons." - 9/17/08

They say you measure Splenda the same as you would sugar. At least from my experiences using it. So the measurement for sugar would be the same. - 12/15/08

To MSCTRL who commented above on the dangers of artificial sweeteners. Could you post the websites that you use, specifically on Splenda. The aspartame warnings are easy to find. But I use a lot of Splenda, which is the sucralose and can't find anything solid. Thanks. - 10/11/08
