OK I really want to make this for my dinner tomorrow but I as well am worried about amount of calories and fat in this meal so I put in all the stuff into the calorie counter and went with brown rice, ground turkey and turkey bacon and cut cals to 198.5 and fat to 10.1 grams . Thanks for sharing. - 6/3/10

Looks delicious, but to cut down on the FAT in this receipe, I'm going to try ground turkey instead of ground beef -- I absolutely LOVE bacon, but how can we cut the fat out of it? Drain well and dab grease I suppose... - 5/20/10
