Rice isn't in the "view breakdown by ingredient" thing, does that mean it isn't included in the full calorie content?
This was absolutely delicious. The only thing I can say though going by the information a serving would be about 3/4 cup. I am going to try to cut down the calories so I can have just a bit more. Thanks for sharing.
OK I really want to make this for my dinner tomorrow but I as well am worried about amount of calories and fat in this meal so I put in all the stuff into the calorie counter and went with brown rice, ground turkey and turkey bacon and cut cals to 198.5 and fat to 10.1 grams . Thanks for sharing.

If you use the store bought Real bacon bits (I use Hormel), it's only 25 calories per Tablespoon!
Looks delicious, but to cut down on the FAT in this receipe, I'm going to try ground turkey instead of ground beef -- I absolutely LOVE bacon, but how can we cut the fat out of it? Drain well and dab grease I suppose...
