Ingredients

    .75 cup of Sunflower Butter
    .25 cup of Chocolate Soybean Butter
    .66 cup of sugar = two third cup
    1 egg
    .66 cup of oat flour
    .125 roasted salted sunflower seeds or one eighth cup
    .125 cup of nonfat milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Makes 20 cookies
Mix all ingredients and form into ball. divide equally into 4.
take each section and divide into 5 equal little balls.
The sunflower seeds should be in a small bowl for each ball to be dipped into it halfway. Stick onto ungreased sheet, seed side up, and bake at 350 for 10 miutes.
