These were great! Although they look small, they are very filling. I froze half of them for a later date... This receipemake alot of servings. Next time, hopefully, I'll remember to grease the cookie sheet. - 10/17/07

tend eat drive-thru breakfast-McD's Biscuit Sausage with Cheee, but the calories are out of this world, so I don't get it. Well, this tastes just like it. Wnderful! and E-Z to make. I may try adding spices or some veggie to it next time. - 6/24/14

Up the flavor/nutrition: Always use skim milk and low fat cheese (mix a few varieties). Add 1/2 C thawed frozen spinach (iron/vitamins), 1/4 C flaxseed meal (omega 3), 1/2 C chickpea flour (protien), chopped sundried tomato (lycopene) fresh or dried herbs (flavor!) And USE PARCHMENT PAPER! - 10/16/10

Every one in the family liked this dish a lot, I thought it was a little high in fat, since it is impossible to eat just 1 or 2. - 1/6/08

This little balls pack some really good flavor. My wife really loves them and wants me to make them again. They are perfect for breakfast, but also a couple for quick snack is great too. I used skim milk for the recipe to cut back on some fat. - 9/19/07
