really good just next time, add the salsa once the outside to the chicken is cooked. Try to get taco seasoning. - 4/21/12

    Incredible!
Used a bit of the taco seasoning in some rice & black beans, rather than all for the chicken, and served together. Wonderful! - 12/28/10

    Incredible!
I loved this recipe! It's one of the first sparkrecipes I've made and it was so easy and quick and tasted like it had taken so much longer. I know I'll be making this one again. I halved the ingredients since I'm only cooking for myself and I added some fat free cheddar cheese on top. - 9/8/09

It was good. The only thing is that I had to bake it longer so the rice would cook through. - 12/18/07

I think I had too much taco seasoning on the chicken. I opted for no SC and added some cheese. Very yummy!! - 10/16/07

    Incredible!
I scaled it down to 2 chicken breasts,no sour cream (the bf hates it) but added a little sprinkle of Mexican cheese on top. YUMM!
I used the left over Taco Seasoning in the bag and added it to brown rice and corn to create my very own Mexican Rice, and the bf said that I can make that anytime ;)
