Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - (8 oz) pkg Mama Garcia's Turkey Chorizo
    1 C Crystal Farms All Whites Egg Whites
    4 Mission Carb Balance Tortillas
    1 C Fiesta Blend Cheese

Directions

Fry Choirzo in non-stick skillet until done, stirring frequently.
Add Egg Whites while continuing to stir. Cook thouroughly.
Warm tortillas on stove.
Fill tortillas, Top w/Cheese.
Enjoy!

    very good. I had just found chicken chorizo which is only 90 calories per link which is pretty good. Added some fresh cilantro from the herb garden. And used some left over vegetarian nonfat pinto re fried beans in there too. Great recipe thank you. - 9/3/17
