We used ground turkey. My 2 and 4 year old liked them. We served them with turkey gravy and coleslaw. We rolled them into balls before putting into muffin tins. I think we should have just spooned the mixture in so that it would have made more "crunchy" crusty parts. Yum! - 3/10/10

    Very Good
Delicious and so easy to make!
I'd recommend using paper cupcake wrappers to help you get them out of pan.
My husband and I loved these, I also substituted 10 oz of turkey breakfast sausage for the ground turkey, but I'll be making ground turkey soon!

Nice 'n easy! Just what I do best. A perfect start for my morning. The recipe doesn't mention oven temp so I just guessed at 350 degrees and they were perfect. - 5/14/08

    Incredible!
This recipe was awsome! The only thing I changed was that I used turkey breakfast sausage for the meat. My husband popped 3 in his mouth when they came out of the oven, and they are great the next day cold too! This will be a regular snack of our family! - 1/11/08
