Ingredients

    2 lbs. 93/7 lean ground beef
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 package chili seasoning mix
    1 medium onion
    7 cloves garlic
    5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Bell Peppers, red, yellow, green
    1 tsp. ground oregano
    3 tbsp. ground cumin
    3 tbsp. chili powder
    2 Zucchini diced
    2 Yellow Squash diced
    4 tbsp. fresh basil
    3 cans stewed tomatoes with onions, celery,
    & oregano
    3 cans diced tomatoes
    1 small package mushrooms sliced
    2 cans black beans drained
    2 cans kernel corn drained
    1 can Canellini White Kidneys 19 oz. drained
    2 cans kidney beans drained
    1.5 cups water
    1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    salt to taste

Directions

Brown beef with onions, garlic, worcestershire
and oil for around 10 minutes.
Add seasonings.
Add peppers and saute 5 minutes.
Add cans of tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.
Saute in seperate pan zucchini, squash, and
musrooms until soft and add to pot.
Add beans and corn and water.
Salt to taste.
Let cook for another 20 minutes on med heat to
marry ingredients.
Enjoy!
