    Low Fat Milk 1%, 0.30 serving
    Bisquick Healthy Heart 1C dry mix, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (16 fl oz)
    Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts 24 oz
    *Mixed Vegetable, Kroger frozen, 6.666 cup
    *Chicken Bouillon - Instant granules, Wyler's, 6 tsp


    1 C Heart Healthy Bisquick mix
    1/3 C milk

makes 9 1-Cup servings


Directions

add all ingredients in crockpot, except bisquick & milk. Cook on low 6-8 hours

Mix bisquick mix and milk and top crockpot mix with 8 dumplings. Cover and cook on high 30 min
