Introduction
The hardest part of this recipe is unwrapping the Rolos! The recipe is for one piece. Obviously you will make more than one. The question that begs to be asked is "Can you eat just one?"! So easy, and folks fall all over them. The hardest part of this recipe is unwrapping the Rolos! The recipe is for one piece. Obviously you will make more than one. Ingredients
-
1 Rolo Candy, unwrapped
1 mini pretzel twist
1 pecan half
Directions
Preheat the oven to 250F. Unwrap the Rolos. Place pretzel twists on a cookie sheet. Place the Rolo candy atop each pretzel. Heat in the oven 3-+4 minutes to soften the Rolo. Remove from the oven and press a pecan half into the Rolo to flatten it. Refrigerate to harden, and remove to cookie tins. They don't require refrigeration and probably taste best if room temperature. Perhaps keeping them in the fridge will keep them out of sight so you eat less! A serving is one piece.

These were great! I've gotta tell you that if you are pressed for time and need to bring a treat to a party, this is the way to go. Really simple and you can do them in a toaster oven. - 12/22/11

An added bonus is that the Dollar Store carries packages of Rolos during the cooler months for $1.00 a package of 12. If you're really smart you will use them for Halloween and then use the leftovers to make the candies for Christmas!

Very pleased with the recipe. Very simple. Note...I used mini rolos and the result was not the same as the picture. It would probably be a better balance with full rolos so be sure to get the regular size - 12/19/12

I had no idea they even made minis! Definitely use the full size ones.

These were really good. I baked them on wax paper, then put the wax paper into the Refig after adding the pecans & walnuts. I did half with pecans & half with walnuts. So, Yummy! I put them into a nice mason jar. I have some small mason jars that I will decorate for Christmas and fill and give away. - 9/15/19
