    3 CLOVES GARLIC CRUSHED

    1/4 CUP PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS
    1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
    1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
    1 TSP ONION POWDER
    1/2 TSP OLD BAY SEASONING OR PAPRIKA
    1 TSP DRIED PARSLEY



Directions

MAKES 4 - 4OZ SERVINGS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES

RINSE AND DRY SCALLOPS THOROUGHLY

MELT BUTTER WITH CRUSHED GARLIC IN SMALL CONTAINER IN MICROWAVE- DO LET IT BUBBLE OVER

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS IN ZIP-LOCK BAG

DIP SCALLOPS ONE AT A TIME IN BUTTER MIXTURE AND
THEN SHAKE IN BAG OF DRY INGREDIENTS

ARRANGE IN CASSEROLE THAT CAN BE USED UNDER BROILER.

BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES
PUT UNDER BROILER FOR 2-3 MINUTES TO CRISP TOPPING

SERVE WITH LEMON

    I have never rated a recipe on this website before, but I just couldn't let this recipe go by with no ratings. The scallops melted in your mouth. The added crispness from broiling was a great touch. Excellent! - 6/16/13
