Ingredients

    6 medium Boiled Potatoes medium cubes
    6 large Boiled Eggs Mashed
    1 cup Mayonnaise (Hellman's/BestFoods)
    2 tsp Mustard
    1 cup Sweet Pickles Diced Small
    1/2 cup Sweet Onion Minced
    1 tspSalt
    dash Pepper

Directions

Makes approx 16 servings about 1/3 cup each

Boil Potatoes and Eggs together (makes it less messy) Let cool. Peel potatoes and eggs. Chop potatoes into cubes, Mash up eggs. Gently fold together (you don't want mashed potatoes) add in diced sweet pickles, sweet onions, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fold till well blended. Refrigerate for about 2 hrs this helps the flavors blend and even out.
