Very tasty, definitely sweet. Will try again, but next time will reduce the oil some, reduce the sugar, and increase the cinnamon! Possibly also increase the baking powder, as it was dense. Definitely good - kids couldn't decide if it tasted like doughnuts or cookie dough. :) - 8/19/08

sounds good, but how healthy is it with so much oil? - 6/21/08

    Very Good
This was very good, you are given a "starter" and supposed to add to it a cup of flour, sugar, and milk, then divide the batter into 4 starters to give away before you add the listed ingredients. My instructions say bake for 325 degrees for an hour. - 5/21/11

I have made this recipe many times. It always comes out very good. I so enjoy making this recipe because a few years ago I made the bread that used yeast and took 13 days before you could bake it. Then you had to find 3 people that would take one of the 3 starters. No one wants a starter any more - 11/26/10

This was very good. However, I only baked it for half an hour and it was plenty done. - 1/28/09
