    This sounds like it would be really good. But I've never made enchiladas with flour tortillas. Could you use corn tortillas? Also, I'm not sure exactly how to put this together. Thanks. linda_msw - 10/23/07

    Yummy!!! Just use lowfat cheese, cream of mush and chkn. It tastes just as good. Just add more garlic. This is a family stand-by! My two year old is the only one who won't eat it. - 9/27/07
