I loved it -- I would make a couple of very minor changes -- Broil the crust for 3 minutes at the very end for a crunchier texture and maybe use whole wheat flour and some corn meal for the crust for a bit more crunch and fiber. Overall VERY good. - 10/12/07

    Very Good
ERROR IN INGREDIENT MEASUREMENTS!!! I went to makeover this recipe with whole wheat flour and noted that the ingredient list calls for 16oz Mozz, however the calculations are based on 1oz!!! (Recipe is excellent as is, I just did it with whole wheat and what cheese I had on hand on a whim.) - 3/23/12

    Good
I had trouble getting the crust to completely cook....very 'wet' casserole. But tasty all the same! - 6/30/11

loved this, will make it again and again, used half the amount of cheese, powdered milk and left out the oil...was great! - 3/3/10

This stuff is awesome! I used self rising flour instead of plain flour for a fluffy crust. Whole family loved it. - 3/3/09
