One of our family favorites. I throw mine in the oven and bake it for 45 min at 375 instead of pan frying. - 6/29/08

I made this last night for my family (I had to triple the recipe there's so many of us), but It was wonderful and everyone commented how they loved the new receipe. Even the picky one. I changed only one thing. I baked whole boneless skinless breasts instead of halving them and pounding. - 6/12/08

The breading was tasty - will bake instead of frying next time as some previous commenters have done. Mine burned on the outside pretty quickly and took a while to cook through - the recommended heat setting was too high for my old monster of an electric stove. My bad! - 12/28/15

I halved the chicken breasts, moistened with water and pressed them into the crumb mix. Had quite a bit of mix left over even after sprinkling some extra on top. Likely throws my cal. count off, but in a good way. I baked it. Protein count seems way too high in nutritional info for one serving. - 11/6/15

This was a really good and easy recipe and the kids loved it. I took the extra breading and coated potatoes and browned them in the pan with light butter and they were my husbands favorite. - 2/9/15

Wow. It's the first time I have cooked turkey cutlets. They were wonderful. I didn't have enough parmesan but used what I had. Moist and flavorful. Food like this doesn't taste "good for you". - 8/26/12

I used Panko and baked it at 375. I will reduce my baking time next time, was a little dry. Served it with asparagus and brussel sprouts. It was very good. - 4/6/12

Think I'll bake mine with Panco bread crumbs cause thats what I have cause of the lower cal. count. Looks good I'll let you guys know how it comes out. - 3/28/12

This was perfect for one breast split between me and my son. The flavor was tasty enough but not overpowering so he had no objections. That's saying something for a chicken nugget boy! Will make again. I would add more heat if I were making it for the husband too. I like the oven idea too. - 8/10/11

My husband and I thought this was great! I put it in the oven instead of the pan, and left the bone in there. Still turned out great. - 12/30/10

This will definitely be better next time we make it! The heat on our stove must be way hotter than this member's, because our Parmesan crusting got burned. It was still good though, and a great healthy meal paired with salad! - 3/8/10

I really liked this! I didn't know how it was going to turn out not being breaded with an egg mixture, but it was great! The whole family loved it. I did add some spaghetti sauce and baked it for a little while. Also, I used EVOO instead of cooking spray and it was great! - 5/30/08

Delicious! Only I made it with bone in skin on chicken breasts and baked in the oven. I learned that when you cook it with the skin and bone in it is 10 times more moist ! AND IT WAS! I just used this mixture as a shake and bake! ( Peel the skin off after cooked of course) Delicious! - 3/17/08
