    Incredible!
Good recipe &was a hit. Had two very ripe bananas. I have lots of flours & used 1/2 whole wheat white &1/2 buckwheat, I bet most would work. I increased baking powder to 1 teaspoon. Got 14 pancakes, everyone ate 3-4. Great base, can add to as want. Even shredded squeezed dry zucchini, berries, flax - 8/22/18

Made them this weekend for my 5 year old grandsons. They loved them. I had 2 left over so I used them for breakfast this am. YUM! - 9/9/13

    Good
I guess I made them too big, as I only got 12 cakes, and one is not enough for a serving. Either my bananas weren't very sweet, almond milk is sweeter than 2%, or this is bland. I'll double seasonings and add a sprinkle of sugar next time. I added a scoop of the usually-forgotten flax seed, too. - 7/18/11

    Incredible!
I just made these and they are AMAZING! I cut the recipe in half so that I wouldn't over eat (I'm just cooking for me today), but left the vanilla & cinnamon the same as the recipe calls for. SO GOOD! THANK YOU! - 1/13/11

    Incredible!
Used nonfat milk instead of almond. My teenage son ate 12 and then was eating them cold and plain out of the fridge till they were gone. - 10/27/10

Awesome! A really quick, healthy breakfast!
I made extras and froze them for the rest of the week.

    Incredible!
These were great. I couldn't get them out of the pan fast enough for my hungry hubby! I made a little light berry syrup to go with them too. We got all of our fruit servings for the day in one meal. - 5/6/09

    Very Good
Very tasty! I substituted 8th Continent Light Soymilk because I'm allergic to almonds, and also added a few shavings of nutmeg in the batter. Thanks for the recipe! - 3/9/08

The pancakes were delicious! I didn't have the Almond milk so I used non-fat. I added a packet of Salvia to the mix. You can taste a hint of cinnamon in these light and fluffy pancakes. - 2/12/08

    Good
I didn't have any almond milk so I used 1/2% milk. the only thing I'd change is that next time I'd add some splenda so I could've eaten them without adding any lite syrup. - 1/19/08

Made these this morning and even my picky husband, who doesn't love bananas, loved them. And they're very filling. I will definitely make again. - 11/15/07
