Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Rotoni Pasta
    Salsa
    Frozen Cooked Shrimp
    Frozen Rainbow Peppers and Onions
    Cooking Oil

Directions

While cooking pasta, start sauteing shrimp in a small frying pan with a small amount of cooking oil. Once the shimp are close to being finished add the frozen veggie mix to pan. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add desired amount of salsa and leave on low heat until shrimp and veggie mix is done. Add shrimp and veggie mix to the pasta and salsa and serve warm.
