Ingredients

    1 box Jiffy Oatmeal Muffin Mix
    1 cup water
    1 can Pumpkin

Directions

Combine ingredients. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin pans and fill 1/2 full. Bake 13-15 minutes. Enjoy!

    This recipe absolutely DID NOT work for me. I put my muffins in the oven around 7:45pm and by 9:00pm the insides were still gummy like the dough. I think I'll try something different next time! Sorry. - 10/10/08

    Mine didn't work out either. I also cooked at least 10 minutes longer. I've had this problem before when using using pumpkin. Maybe less pumpkin?? - 10/9/08

    You might be able to skip the water entirely... I've seen recipes like that. - 7/5/08

    Mine didn't quite turn out - the insides were still pasty even though I baked and extra 10 minutes. Maybe next time I will use less water. - 2/3/08
