Ingredients

1 large whole-wheat pita bread
3 tbsp garlic hummus
3/4 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
1/4 cup chick peas (drained)
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped red onion
Directions
1. Spread the garlic hummus onto the pita bread
2. Make a bed of bean sprouts right on top of the garlic hummus.
3. Make a thin layer of sliced cucumber on top of the bean sprouts.
4. Add the chopped tomato and red onion on top of the thin layer of sliced cucumber.
5. Add the chick peas on top of the tomato and red onion.
6. Top with feta cheese over top of the chick peas.
7. ENJOY!
Serving Size: makes 1 salad
