    Bad

This recipe is horrible! I thought it was a waste of my ingredients. I did freeze mine as others had said they had to do. But what I really dislike is the taste. It was like eating chocolate protein powder right from the canister. I love my protein powder and use it in many things but this was nasty - 2/12/13

What is a "scoop" - protein powders differ in "scoop" size. Based on the nutrition info - I think a 30g scoop is about right. - 7/15/12

I tried this recipe, and I was disappointed that the mixture didn't stay firm unless I froze it. I'm not sure why it didn't turn out firm, though I plan to try using the blender for the powder before adding the other ingredients. - 5/18/12

Mostly I was impressed by the amount of protein in each serving. I have to say that this was not thickened enough for me when it was just put into the refrigerator so I put it in the freezer so it was more like a fudge pop. Tasty! - 4/20/12

In my mind fudge should be smooth, velvety --this seems more like cocoa pebbles. - 2/10/18

I used a 30g scoop with vanilla protein powder and 1 scoop of coco powder. I also used a cupcake tray with cupcake liner. After refrigerating the mixture I found it to be to moist. After reading some of the comments I decided to freeze the tray and it worked a treat. - 10/28/12

You dont bake this at all? My powder is strawberry flavoured. Is there a way to add hot chocolate mix or something to make it regular fudge - 4/5/12
