Ingredients

    4 pounds chicken wings
    1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons parsley
    1 tablespoon oregano
    2 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon pepper
    ½ cup butter

Directions

Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees
Cut the wings into drumsticks. Combine the parmesan cheese and the parsley, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Line a shallow baking pan with foil. (Do not omit this step, or you will be scrubbing the pan a week later.)
Melt the butter in a bowl and dip each drumstick in butter, roll in the cheese and seasoning mixture and arrange on the foil-lined pan. Bake for 1 hour.
Kind of messy and a bit time consuming but well worth the trouble.

Just wondered how are 5-6 wings= 1/2 lb. only equal to 11 calories on the breakdown? It should really be around 450 calories per serving of 5-6 wings. Calorie Count is very misleading. - 11/3/11

I have also made this recipe with chicken breast cut into "nugget" sizes. You need to adjust the baking time (more like 20 minutes), but it makes a less messy appetizer or meal! - 1/22/11
