Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 medium, baking potatoes
    5 tsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp garlic powder
    .5 tsp paprika
    .25 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees F
2. Peel and cube potatoes.
3. In a large bowl mix all ingredients, including olive oil. Throw in potatoes and mix well, making sure they are all fully coated with the mixture.
4. Lay potatoes in a single layer in a glass dish and cook for about 35 minutes or until they are tender.

Makes 5 servings.

    O.K.
    My family liked it with shreded cheese and ketchup added after baking. I think 2 tablespoons of water and then covering with foil would of made the potatoes a little more tender. - 5/1/08

    Really good, make sure you have a decent size glass pan. I had a 9" pan and it didn't want to cook all of the potatoes right. Other than that it was great and really easy to put together. Even my toddler liked it! - 2/23/08
