Ingredients

2 cups hot water
one package of knorr lipton cajun sides "dirty rice"
mushrooms cut into half inch pieces
1 med. onion
1 cup of celery diced quarter inch peices
1 cup green pepper diced
1 cup yellow pepper diced
half a large frozen package of cooked shrimp (13 ounces)
2 large link johnsonville hot sausage sliced into small pieces
Directions
quick easy 30 minute meal!
put 2 cups water in microwave and heat until almost boiling...three minutes
start cutting up veggies, they don't have to be tiny unless you like it like that.
throw into pan with cooking spray
when onion looks a little seared toss in shrimp, water and lipton package...
as it is starting to come to a boil prepare hot sausage...
take your sausage and put in microwave cover with a paper towel and cook for 3 minutes or until it is not pink, cut into small slices...
turn down water when it comes to a boil,
add sausage to mixture...cook on low simmer covered until liquids are boiled down.
It will be spicy...you can even add taco seasoning, red pepper, hot sauce, chili powder if you want more kick!
serving size is one cup, but as you can see there is either room in your calorie budget for more or desert!
