    Incredible!
Delicious and easy salad! I added in some chopped up avocado before serving. I had it as a side to limit the amount of tacos we ate. - 1/3/17

    Incredible!
I substitute one can of black beans for one of the cans of garbanzo beans. My veggie sister and I love it for a cool summer dish. - 5/29/11

    Incredible!
My 2 year old is allergic to all animal products so I've been searching for good alternatives that the entire family enjoys. This is a big winner. Great to keep in the fridge for quick meals. Thank you for sharing. - 8/29/10

i added a full cup of parsley to my mix and also some cubed extra firm tofu. this is a very filling salad, but a little high in caloric content. i think the tofu expands the protein value while decreasing the overall calorie load. adding a high value carbohydrate as a side makes this a complete meal - 7/3/10

    Very Good
This is very good and easy to make. The only change I'll make is a little less onion and garlic so that I can eat this for lunch at work! - 3/23/10
