    1 c peanut butter, creamy
    1 c canned pumpkin
    3/4 c packed brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix together. Serve with apples, pears, bananas, crackers, celery, etc.

    I love the basic combination of pumpkin and PB, but this was much too sweet for me, reduced sugar to 1/4 c. and it's great. Sometimes I don't add any sugar at all. Great on celery. - 1/16/14

    Yummy! This is one of the best dips that I have ever tasted. I paired it with fresh fruit and low fat graham crackers. The best part is, my son doesnt know it's healthy. Thanks for posting! :) - 1/12/11
