Ingredients

    5 Medium apples
3 tbsp Country Crock Light butter
    2 tbsp ground cinnamon
    6 packets of Stevia/Truvia

1.5 cups of Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt

Tips

Stir the yogurt during freezing process to keep it "creamy" :)

IF you "need" the "crust" (to make it more "pie-like") you can add a small amount of granola but make sure you account for that! :)

Directions

Place 12 ounces (1.5 cups) of yogurt in a freezer safe container and into the freezer.

Peel, core, and slice apples, toss into a saucepan with the butter, cinnamon, and Stevia. Get to a boiling point, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Let apples sit for at least a few minutes after cooking before serving (super hot). Serve with 1/4 cup of frozen yogurt!

Serving Size: Makes 5 individual servings of yumminess
