I make something like this using ricotta cheese that's really good - and this one is a great alternative. If you don't want to use the splenda, just leave it out or substitute your preferred sweetener. I think it's listed as two servings because it is a snack. - 7/1/11

The evidence againest artificial sweeteners is growing. Please give us recipes with stevia or other natural sweetener alternatives. Otherwise, looks good! - 7/1/11

MAMADA1947 . . . love your light tiramisu idea. This basic recipe is delicious as is, too. And I skipped the Splenda. Felt that the honey was a better sweetening choice, and the 2T. seemed sweet enough. - 5/7/21

This was wonderful. It tasted like a rich mousse. I used only 1tbs of honey instead of 2 and brown sugar splenda since that's what I had. A really nice dessert!! Will definitely make again. - 7/11/16

    Incredible!
I used DandyLion (non-caffeinated hot beverage); splenda; added 1 tsp vanilla (seemed dry); and my honey had honeycomb in it, which was weird. Next time I'll try the regular honey and if early in the day, I'll use the coffee. Was a very yummy pudding like dish. I would probably try adding nuts, too. - 11/3/11

I think this would be better with ricotta cheese for a different consistency. I did not care for the texture on this. The taste was just ok perhaps masked by the texture. - 7/1/11

Sounds good. But if you eliminate the honey and just use more Splenda, you'd end up with fewer calories and carbs. Anyone tried it this way? Thoughts? - 5/7/11

Sounds interesting. But, why must you have honey & Splenda? Only one should be necessary (both have their pros & cons). - 5/4/11
